We thank you all for your interest and feedback on our project and last but not least for your patience. We received a lot of praise, but also one or two points of criticism or suggestions for improvement.
The SENDuro is now more than just any bike for us – it is a project of the heart, into which a lot of time has gone in the form of development, testing, improving, pondering, discussing and explaining. Without you we would not be able to carry out the project in this form.
This is the second batch of the SENDuro. There are 20 pieces produced in this batch. We expect this batch to sell out relatively quickly. The date of the next batch will be announced soon. So if you were late now, you’ll get another chance.
Advance payment of the total amount is important for maintaining the project, as we need to make many investments in welding gauges, raw materials, CNC parts, fixtures, small parts and infrastructure.
All frames ordered through this pre-order will arrive at the end of May and will then be assembled and shipped. For the powder coated and anodized frames, allow 2 weeks more.
Special requests in components, colors etc should be discussed before ordering.
The process of pre-ordering:
- You configure your frame and order the frame.
You can edit or cancel your order at any time in your customer account. - With the transfer of the total amount you trigger your pre-order.
Only after payment your pre-order is fixed. We ask you to pay by bank transfer and not by Paypal, otherwise we will incur significant Paypal fees. - After receipt of payment you will receive a confirmation and a delivery date.
If you have ordered a coil shock, you can tell us your preferred spring rate.
The digital dimension of the SENDuro bike
With the delivery of your bike you will receive a QR code and an individual ID, through which you can access all the data of your bike, read through your user information and find all the information about conversions, tuning, spare parts and repairs.
